Let me guess, you have bad credit and have tried numerous times to get a credit card, but are always declined. Unfortunately, credit card companies are now extremely choosy about who they will give credit to. I’m sure following each rejection you are told to apply for a secured credit card. However, a secured card is nothing more than a flashy name for a debit card. You will have to part with money before you can spend it!

The first option will always be to approach your own bank. You may of had a checking account with them for a number of years and therefore have built up some sort of a relationship. It will especially help if your salary is deposited directly into an account at your bank. You would hope that your own bank would be far more sympathetic to your plight!

What if you don’t hold a bank account or worse your credit history with your bank is poor? Your other option will be to seek a bad credit lender. Due to the current financial climate more of these types of lenders are beginning to surface. Often they will supply unsecured credit cards for people with bad credit.

Usually they will ask for some documentation from you to assess what your personal situation is like. You may be asked to provide your latest paychecks, bank statements and evidence of your other forms of credit. You can expect to be charged a slightly higher interest rate than someone with a good credit rating, but the difference should not be that noticeable.

Although these new lending companies will happily provide unsecured credit cards for people with bad credit, you should also be very aware of some unscrupulous lenders. There are organizations out there who will happily provide you with any form of finance, but will have outrageous terms and sky-high interest rates. The best piece of advice i can offer, always read the small print and know exactly what you’re getting into!

Bad credit-credit cards come in two forms: secured and unsecured. Secured credit cards for bad credit require the consumer to put some amount of cash into an account that is held by the lender. They are designed to provide you with an unsecured line of credit which will help you to establish or re-establish your credit through the used of a credit card. Have you fallen into bad credit like many people in today’s society have? They are For People With Poor Credit Scores – If you’ve had credit problems, then you’ve probably received offers for credit cards aimed at people with a poor / a low credit score / bad credit. These offers range from legitimate, to be questionable, to outright scams.

They often charge annual fees of up to $50 or more. This is a protective act for the credit card company.
Rate changes raise or lower the finance charge on the account. If you’re considering a variable rate pre-approved card, the issuer needs to provide various information that discloses, the rate may change and how the rate is determined – which index is used and what additional amount, the “margin,” is added to determine the new rate. Rates may be reduced after some time and the credit limit may be raised after you have established some credibility.

Financial decisions are personal, based on an individual’s situation. Consult with a financial professional before making any financial decisions. Financial needs are great, especially when you want to find the best deal out there for you.

Compare offers and apply online. Compare up to 3 at a time. Compare credit card designs to find the credit card that best reflects your personality. These cards come with a range of benefits including how to improve your credit rating to fixed amount payment plans.

Prepaid debit cards can be used like credit cards if they have the MC or Visa logo, but you cannot ‘borrow’ money you don’t have. There are a few prepaid debit cards with these logos and each has different fees and features. Prepaid cards work exactly like a credit card; however, money must be deposited into the prepaid credit card account before they can be used.

Unsecured loans offer no such alternative in the event of default. The lender, therefore, needs incentive to make an unsecured loan; this comes in the form of a high interest rate. Unsecured credit cards do not require a cash deposit, but they do generally require a decent credit history. The card’s limit is based on your credit history and can go up or down based on your credit rating and history of paying off the card. Unsecured credit cards are the classic credit cards that you seem most people using. The credit card lender lends you the money for your purchases; if you don’t repay within a month, you must pay interest.

Secured credit cards are usually given to those with bad or no credit history. A deposit is made; say $500, which gives the customer a $500 limit. Secured cards work somewhat like a debit card. When you open a secured credit card account, you deposit a certain amount of money into the account, which then determines your credit limit. Secured cards are exactly the same as regular credit cards except for this feature, which is a prerequisite for the extension of credit. The amount of money that you must deposit into the savings account varies with each program, but generally it determines your credit limit.

Secured bad credit-credit cards are the step down from the unsecured cards. They are easier to get approved for, but they also require you to “secure” them. Secure cards have been around for a while and are not likely to go extinct anytime soon. Perhaps, you’re confused as to whether getting one is actually a right take.

Cash back Credit Cards will give you back a small percentage of your overall spend, each time you use them, which means, over the course of a year, you will receive a percentage of your yearly spend back. This form of Credit Card could be a good source of gaining additional finance. Cash’s back rebates are easier than reward points to understand and despite the slightly lower percentage back offered by the former, many people still favor the convenience and simplicity that cash back reward credit cards provide.

Check to see if past financial ties (such as bills with ex-partners) have been removed. If a record does have to be amended, make sure it has been changed by ordering another report six week later. Check with the card provider as to what method they use. Check with the company to find out the specific reason that you were declined.

Student’s credit cards are one of these. Students and new migrants are also eligible. This card will help you rebuild your credit.

They are offered by credit card companies with some strings attached. You are usually provided with a lower credit limit and a higher-than-standard interest rate. They are not a bad thing. They are for the people who’re struggling to rebuild their finances. They are designed to help you elevate your credit score by demonstrating that you can be responsible with the plastic and do not need to be cut off from credit completely. Many providers actually offer them now because there is such a need for them, and so you have a choice if you do plan on getting one soon.

They are not the ordinary credit cards. These bad credit-credit cards give people who unintentionally damaged their credit scores and want to rebuild or improve their credit score. They are intended for people hoping to rebuild their credit history. They are designed for people who are unable to qualify for a regular credit card. There are many reasons why a person is denied for a credit card. They are no different. They exist to help a certain group of individuals.

Another option is trying and rebuild your credit or fix your fico score and will a little learning this is something that you can do yourself with do it yourself credit a repair program .Typically, the requirement is to make a deposit between $200.00 to $300.00 dollars with the credit card company to get matters underway. I have seen individuals with a 500 credit score get approved. Typically, this consolidated payment is lower than the original payments combined.

Companies offering these deceitful bad credit-credit cards make you open up a “bank account” in order to receive their credit card. After they deduct an enormous amount of your money you may wind up with just over a hundred dollars of available credit. Companies and lenders are getting tighter about their lines of credit. This change in the market affects many consumers, including credit cardholders.

Instant approval bad credit-credit cards occasionally require more info than what can be gained instantly to choose if they may approve your request. Instant approval cards are my favorite since you don’t have to wait for approval in the mail. Most of the time you’ll even know your credit limit and often have a temporary card number you can begin using right away.

Start with making a note of all the debts you have right now. Whatever bills you haven’t paid and creditor notes you may have been piling up, you need to sort through. Peoples who have the worse credits can even qualify for such a loan and fulfill all their personal short term or long term needs, that too at a very competitive rate than other loans. It is a significant help to the people who going through financial hardships and cannot find a way to come out. People are managing their own finances for the first time and credit is made available to them, often in larger amounts than it probably should be.

Remember, this is the only way you can boost your credit score and rebuild your credit. Your credit card company should also offer you an upgrade to a regular card if you have consistently proven to be a good payer. Remember though that not paying will further bring your score down. Remember, all- that sometimes count you – a reading was typed previously, then you were made payment so not to panic if you were recently made payment and this does not appear.

Thank you for taking your time to read this article.

If you are like most of American consumers, you have one (or more) unsecured credit cards. But, did you know that there was a better way to establish good credit? That’s right. Don’t get me wrong…unsecured cards are just fine if you can control your spending and pay off your entire balance each and every month. But, not everyone can be that financially disciplined.

If you aren’t quite that disciplined, don’t worry. You can still establish good credit with a credit-card. It won’t be with an unsecured card though. It will be with a secured card.

That’s right. Secured credit cards are a safe, convenient and low-risk alternative to help you establish good (even great) credit. Here’s why…

1. Low-risk. Secured cards are low-risk for you and the lender. This type of card is tied to one or more of your assets. In the event that you can no longer meet your financial obligations, the lender will seize your asset(s) as a form of payment. Both parties are protected when a secured-card is involved.

2. Habits. Unsecured cards aren’t exactly known for helping establish good financial habits. Secured-cards are. You can’t overspend with a secured-card. Your limit is set at the total value of your asset(s). Thus, secured credit-cards help establish strong and responsible financial habits.

3. Proof. If you have messed up financially in the past or are trying to prove yourself financially, a secured-credit-card is the perfect option. Lenders like looking at secured-card histories. A strong and stable secured-card history can help you prove to your lenders that it is time for the next step.

4. Better Terms and Conditions. Because secured cards are a low-risk alternative to traditional cards, they come with better terms and conditions. That means that you can land a better interest rate, fees and more with a secured credit card.

All-in-all, secured cards are a great alternative to traditional credit cards because they help you establish good credit. Secured credit cards help you build stable financial habits. If you want to establish good credit quickly, do so with a secured credit card today.

Today, there are a number of financial institutions that provide unsecured credit cards for people with bad credit using online facility where you can get instant approval within 60 seconds. Unlike secured credit cards, unsecured credit cards do not need special savings account to be established with the credit card issuer. You can apply online and fill out the credit card application with your personal details, income, and credit report. Approval process can take just in a matter of hours and you will get an email notification to advise whether or not your application is approved.

Getting an unsecured credit card can be useful to improve your credit score. People may lose their credit rating for a number of different reasons. One of the ways to improve your bad credit rating is to rebuild your credit history by applying for a credit card for bad credit. The credit card company reports your credit card history to three major credit card bureaus. Therefore, with smart spending and discipline in making payments, over time you not only enjoy the benefit of the credit card but also repair your credit rating yourself.

How to find unsecured credit cards that suit you best

Most of the time you receive offers to get an unsecured credit card through mail. They are, however, usually intended to those with a good credit score. If you have a bad credit the best thing to do is to go online and research a number of options from different credit card providers. The applications made online are secure and confidential, and one can easily find out whether his/her application for an unsecured credit card on bad credit was approved or not. The majority of these cards can easily be applied for online, and some even guarantee that approval will be granted within 60 seconds.

There are some criteria that you may want to look at when searching for online unsecured credit cards. The first thing is interest rate. You need to find a credit card with a low interest rate. While some companies may be able to provide instant approval for an unsecured credit card, you should be aware of how much they will charge you for every dollar you spend. Choose one with the interest rate between 9% and 10% per annum to help you maintain good balance and avoid getting ripped off due to high interest rate.

The next thing is application fees. We have discovered a number of credit card companies that charge you no application fees and yet there are some that apply over $100 just for the application alone! Many do not even realize it until they see the transaction in their credit card statement.

Another important thing is you have to make sure that the financial company you are applying the credit card from are able to issue reports to all credit bureaus in the proper way. This is to help you slowly rebuild your credit rating as you make the regular payment for your credit card.

Many consumers have a bit of confusion when it comes to distinguishing a secured credit card from an unsecured credit card. They both carry a brand logo from one of the major credit card companies and they both can be used anywhere that major credit cards are accepted. It is the behind the scene financial activity that determines the difference between a secured and an unsecured credit card.

A secured credit card is a guaranteed VISA or MasterCard that has been secured by a deposit to the issuer’s bank. Generally, you must deposit an amount, ranging from $300 to $5000, in a low-interest saving account or CD to secure the credit card.

You then receive a credit line for up to 100 percent of your account balance. Each creditor has its own requirements for how much you can deposit for your credit line. The creditor issues you a credit card [http://www.easy-approval-credit-cards.com] by using your deposit as security.

On the other hand, an unsecured credit cards offer just that -credit. When you make a purchase or withdraw cash (usually called a cash advance), funds are drawn from your “line of credit.” You pay back the amount you borrowed or “charged” each month, or carry over to the next month (revolve) a certain amount that was borrowed and you are assessed an interest charge.

You are then responsible to pay the interest charge as well. Credit cards carry a brand logo (e.g., Visa, MasterCard, American Express, etc.) and are accepted by participating merchants. When you use your credit card, the transaction requires a signature.

Determining what type of credit card is best for you will depend on your personal budgeting and spending habits as well as the status of your credit score. People with low credit scores usually have a better chance at obtaining a secured credit card over an unsecured credit card.

Note: This article may be freely reproduced as long as the authors bio paragraph at the bottom of this article is included, the article is published “as is” (unedited) and all URL’s are made active hyperlinks with no syntax changes.

Money, money, money! We all want some of it, especially if you are a small business, have bad credit or just in need to establish business credit funding without a personal guarantor. If you haven’t been in business very long then your chances of getting the corporate credit you need is not very likely to happen.

You need to find a guru, like Powerful Credit, who can help raise you the corporate funding without any personal guarantee. Corporate credit funding is available 24/7 for everyone without having to access any personal credit scores or a personal guarantor. Even if your personal credit scores are less than stellar there are a few companies that will get you the small business credit, business credit cards and unsecured business lines of credit you need to start or grow your business.

Some business credit consulting companies will tell you to buy a shelf corporation or tell you that your credit score has to be in the top echelons of the universe but they are very wrong. But again there are few that knows the legal loopholes and the credit pattern to raise you the corporate credit without the risk of buying an old company or using your own and having it get flagged for not understanding a certain credit behavior..

There are many shelf corporation resellers out there, but there is a small number of corporate credit funding consulting companies on the Internet. VERY few companies will get you $300k in 12 months. Most other companies will tell you they possibly can get you $50,000-$75,000 in that amount of time with absolutely no guarantees at all. Think about it, which would you rather have, $75k or $300k in a year if you had to pay taxes and keep activity on each company?

The small business credit that some companies are able to get does not happen overnight if you are do not have a good personal credit. It will take some time, hard work and effort on your part as well.

Do you need to find a great unsecured loan with a reputable lender? There are many lenders who are looking for borrowers for their unsecured loans and they are not doing business down the street at your local bank. The lenders that are most actively seeking new borrowers are doing cyber business online via the Internet.

The Greatest New Source Of Unsecured Loans

The Internet is truly the information super highway, and being such, it is becoming more and more common to do many of the things that are traditionally done in person (a time consuming task) – online from the comfort of your home or office. And now that includes borrowing money. These online lenders have many advantages over the stuffy old banker at your hometown bank, and they have many more assets and lots more capital to invest – which is why they are having such success online.

Online unsecured loans are advantageous for the borrower because there is a heightened sense of competition that is prevalent among the Internet financial sector, which means that lenders and lending institutions that do their business online often offer greatly reduced rates of interest for borrowers of all credit types when they choose to take out their unsecured loans via the Internet. Its not uncommon too find a lender who offers up to a ten percent difference in interest as compared to a walk-in bank on the exact same loan product.

The savings can be significant. Further, online lenders often run special promotions to draw in first time borrowers and repeat customers to take out unsecured loans with them. Needless to say, with the online lending industry so eager for your business, your best source for your next unsecured loan is online with reputable lenders who value you as a customer.

Borrow All The Money You Need From Comfort Of Home

Unsecured loan amounts can be found with these online lenders in nearly any amount that you need. Whether you are looking to borrow a small amount, such as $5,000, or you need a larger unsecured loan in amounts up to $25,000 – there are lenders willing to service your loan with great terms that can reasonably be fit into your budget.

Perhaps you need an unsecured loan to consolidate other debts, buy a car, take a vacation, pay educational expenses for your children, or do needed home repairs or remodeling – or many other purposes. There is an online lender who will see to it that you get the money you need – fast and without hassles that are usually associated with brick-and-mortar lenders.

Bad Credit Borrowers Still Qualify

Even if you have bad credit, there is a willing lender on the Internet who can help you get the money that you need. Some lenders have loans that are designed specifically for those with damaged credit files and have greater approval rates for these types of loans than you will find anywhere, bar none.

A credit card is one of the most convenient ways to pay for things that you need. If you are in the market for a new unsecured card, you no doubt want to get the best rates and terms on the card that you choose. Since there are so many cards out there, finding the right one may have begun to feel like finding the proverbial needle in a haystack. Cut through the card clutter by following a few quick tips to jump start your unsecured credit card hunt.

Lock In A Fixed Interest Rate

Look for a fixed APR. The annual percentage rate is the amount of interest you will pay for the items that you charge to your new unsecured credit card. Cards that feature a variable rate are less favorable than fixed rate cards because you know the amount of interest that will be charged on outstanding balances on your card. A variable rate means that the rate of interest will fluctuate with market conditions which are based on the prime rate as published in daily financials like the Wall Street Journal. By obtaining a fixed rate card, you lock in the amount of interest that can be charged to your account when you use your new unsecured card.

Go For Great Introductory Offers

Most of your options for a new, unsecured credit card will feature an introductory offer for the chosen card. Look for introductory offers that feature no interest for a period of time, preferably during the first year. Be careful, however, to read the terms and conditions of the offer carefully. Oftentimes, a payment that is a day or two late will cause your zero percent interest rate to rise to a higher rate for the life of the card.

Transfer Balance Options

If you find an unsecured card that offers a transfer balance options, you might realize some additional savings by transferring balances from other cards (some issuers even allow you to transfer department store, gas, and other cards to the new card) over to a new, lower rate. The best unsecured credit card would feature no fees for doing the balance transfer option, and a locked in rate on any balances that you decide to transfer over.

Cards Without Fees

With the vast amount of competition in the credit card industry, you should be able to easily obtain an unsecured credit card that does not have any fees associated with it other than interest. This means saying no to cards with annual fees (some cards have annual fees as high as $250), monthly fees, maintenance fees, or account fees. Also, the card you choose should let you do a cash advance with the smallest possible fee, usually no more than 1% of the amount of the advance, or $5, whichever is greatest.

Perks For Good Customers

A really great unsecured credit card will have some type of cardholder benefit program. Look for an unsecured credit card that offers points towards airline miles, merchandise credit, or cash back on purchases.
